Your security is our priority. All transactions and personal data during checkout are protected by high-level SSL encryption. We prefer payments via PayPal, but you can also pay securely with your Credit Card through the PayPal interface (no account required).
Shipping Policy
We proudly ship to all countries worldwide.
- Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Custom Orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for fabrication. Note: Custom orders are non-returnable.
- Packaging: All jewelry arrives in a beautiful branded gift box, safely tucked inside a bubble-wrap mailer. We are happy to ship to a third party if you are purchasing a gift—just let us know in the notes!
Delivery Methods
Standard Shipping: Delivered via your local postal service. If you are not home, a notice card will be left with collection instructions.
Express Shipping (EMS): A faster option (3–5 business days) with detailed tracking. A signature is required upon delivery.
Taxes & Duties: Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item for return instructions.
- Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Repairs: I offer free repairs! If an item needs servicing after use, you can mail it to me; I will repair it and mail it back to you at no charge.
